Helen Strifler Rulle Scholarship

Awarded to graduates of the Paseo Academy of the Visual and Performing Arts in Kansas City, Missouri, who wish to attend or are currently enrolled as full-time students at UMKC with demonstrated financial need. Preference is given to female students.
