Awarded to a worthy undergraduate student currently enrolled at the University of Missouri – Kansas City who graduated from either a Kansas City School District high school or a high school in one of the following counties: Jackson, Clay, Platte, Cass, Ray (MO) and Johnson, Wyandotte (KS).
