  1. Are you a legal dependent or Spouse of a 100% disabled veteran (per VA rating), a veteran who was a Prisoner of War, or a service member who was Killed in Action?
  2. Are you currently or have you ever been eligible to receive the VA Chapter 35 Dependent’s Educational Assistance benefit?
