Payne Memorial Foundation Scholarship

Awarded to students at UMKC who are graduates from South Pemiscot County School District and Cooter Reorganized School District in Cooter, MO. Students must have a high school rank of 50% or above, or have a minimum ACT composite score of 22. Students also need to have submitted a FAFSA for each academic year of attendance and have high financial need.
