Joel Christopher Brown Book Scholarship
Awarded to a full-time currently enrolled student at the University of Missouri – Kansas City with a 3.0 high school core GPA or a 2.5 undergraduate cumulative GPA. Preference is given to Hispanic or African-American students enrolled in ROTC. Preference is also given to students with demonstrated financial need.
